Are you an advanced driver over 25?

Much of the work of Northumbria Blood Bikes takes place during the week, preparing for publicity and fundraising events. This often involves collecting and sorting equipment, packing the blood car, taking it to events, collecting it from events, and returning it from whence it came.

As well as those drivers ferrying blood and other urgent medical supplies out of hours, we need people who are able to support the events which raise a good deal of our cash. We need to raise £2,000 per week to keep running, and this means we attend lots of events, which, in turn, means we need lots of equipment on-site to support those events.

Are you an advanced driver? Are you 25 or over? Do you occasionally have a few hours to spare during the week (very flexible hours) to help us?

If you can help, get in touch with us and maybe join our group. Help us to make a difference, volunteer to support your local community.
