<p>Following isolated issues with EVS who have asked some of our BoB drivers for 2 job receipts to cover return samples to the RVI (if collected from both James Cook&nbsp;&amp; North Tees hospitals), this has been investigated and the Chair has instructed that we only provide 1 job receipt for all RVI sample returns as has been the case for many years.&nbsp; Providing 2 receipts will also start to skew&nbsp;our job data returns.&nbsp; The EVS rider/driver doesn&#39;t return to N. Tees hospital therefore any additional job sheet we provide will not be dropped back to the sender anyway.</p> <p>Should any BoB driver be asked for 2 receipts then kindly remind&nbsp;the EVS rider/driver of this instruction and if they aren&#39;t happy with that, they should report it back through to their committee for further discussion.</p> <p>This only affects RVI samples&nbsp;which form part of the&nbsp;BoB shift job recorder, any other samples from EVS (for BTS or FRE) should be recorded as a separate &#39;Relay&#39; job.</p>
