Today our volunteers have begun spreading some festive cheer to the first of the Children’s wards we will be visiting in our Blood Bikes Santa Run 2024. On our Santa Run today we visited County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust
Durham Hospital’s Treetops Ward and Ward 21 at Darlington Memorial Hospital.

At Darlington we were greeted by the cast of Sleeping Beauty from Darlington Hippodrome so of course we couldn’t resist “he’s behind you”.

We will be visiting more hospitals over the next couple of days.
