Well what can we say apart from absolutely incredible effort from the team at the Mallard (Seaham) and everyone involved in the event they held yesterday. It was a fabulously well organised social distanced ‘Rock the Lockdown’ with brilliant live music and such generosity from all raising our charity a whooping £1,363.78! 
We would like to say a massive thank you to the proprietors Gordon and Elaine Littlewood for choosing to support us, all the Mallard team, The Chunky Ducks donation of £500, the raffle prize winner who donated their £100 winnings, the couple who raffled off a week away in their caravan, UK/DC band who donated their fee for playing and everyone who attended. 
At a time when the majority of our other fundraising opportunities have not been able to go ahead this money is vital to keeping our service running and to us a lifeline in our role helping the front line of our NHS.
