Unfortunately our bike is not leading the elite runners to the finish line of the Great North Run nor are our team of runners going to be running from Newcastle to South Shields tomorrow. Like many plans this year things have changed and instead the Great North Run launched their virtual version with an app including the iconic sounds associated with the run.
One of team #bloodbikesgnr will still be running the 13.1 miles tomorrow in support of our charity. We wish our cheering squad could be there to cheer you on Nicole - “go on Nicole”, “keep running”, “you’re nearly there”, “oggy oggy oggy” - we’re sending you our virtual cheers!
