<p>Following information received from Sean Storey we are no longer required to collect scheduled COVID samples on either weeknights or weekends with immediate effect.&nbsp; Any samples requiring collection will be phoned in via the hospital hotline and any such jobs recorded as either &#39;Standard&#39; or &#39;Urgent&#39; as requested.</p> <p>Therefore just to confirm that on weeknights, no 19:00, 20:00 or 06:15 scheduled collections are required and on weekends the 2 hourly collections will also cease.</p> <p>We have been asked however to collect samples from RVI Blood Sciences&nbsp;for Freeman at 08:00 &amp; 11:00 on <u>Sundays</u> only.&nbsp; These jobs should be recorded as &#39;Scheduled&#39;.</p> <p>The Shift Notices for the relevant periods have been updated and an email sent out to operational members to reinforce this information.</p>
