<p><strong><u>FOR THE ATTENTION OF ALL SHIFT CONTROLLERS</u></strong></p> <p>Please be aware that Motorola will be undertaking maintenance work on the Wave Dispatch system between 0100 &amp; 0400 CET (which is 00:00 - 03:00 UK time) tonight.&nbsp; This maintenance should not affect any controlling duties however controllers will be required to install a new plugin in order to enable&nbsp;V5 of the software.</p> <p>To ensure controllers don&#39;t encounter any issues with this latest upgrade, it is imperative that the old plugin and any references to it are removed from your PC&#39;s.&nbsp; To guide you in this process please refer to&nbsp;section 7 of the <a href="https://www.northumbriabloodbikes.org.uk/sites/default/files/library/published/Revised%20Wave%20Dispatch%20Controller%20User%20Guide..pdf">Wave User Guide</a> which details the steps you need to take to clear all previous&nbsp;references.&nbsp;</p> <p>If anyone&nbsp;experiences difficulties in reloading the plugin or issues with the new Wave version then please ensure you report it via the <a href="https://www.northumbriabloodbikes.org.uk/node/6816">reporting tool</a> to enable Bill Deacon to investigate and if necessary chase up with our radio supplier.&nbsp; Please report&nbsp;under Radio fault <u>not </u>IT fault so it goes to the correct team.</p>
