<p><u>From Rota Manager</u></p> <p>Due to the ongoing issues with this&nbsp;weekly 19:30 collection on Tuesday evening from RVI New Victoria Wing (NVW) to Freeman reception&nbsp;on behalf of the Great North Childrens Hospital located above the NVW, it has been decided that if the controller does not receive notification from the Childrens Hospital of a nil collection, they should wait for any sample to be phoned in by hospital staff and not commit a vehicle on the pretense there may be a collection.&nbsp; This means we are not holding a vehicle specifically but controllers are asked to keep a vehicle in the immediate area (RVI/FRE) should that request be&nbsp;called in.</p> <p>Please&nbsp;record&nbsp;on OARS as directed by the hospital caller.</p> <p>This will be further monitored over a period of time to see if any further issues arise, if so&nbsp;please&nbsp;feed back to the Rota Manager (Ria Burnett).</p>
