<p>Further update on the 12:00 collection from the &#39;The Sir James Spence Institute&#39;.&nbsp; &nbsp;Our NHS passes have not yet been updated (as of 19th Dec) with access rights into the Peacock Hall building in order to access the &#39;Sir James Spence&#39; labs.&nbsp; In the interim period, it appears the preferred collection method by hospital staff is for the controller to ring the lab number (0191 2824565)<span style="background-color:rgb(245, 245, 245); font-size:16px"> </span>prior to dispatching the driver and then meet at the staff controlled entrance off&nbsp;the elevated walkway located at the top of the NVW escalators, turning left at the top with the door being some 100 metres along the corridoor.</p> <p>Due to the size of the box(es), this will require a car and a trolley to transport the boxes back to the car.&nbsp; To assist controllers with managing the overlap with Ponteland Road Health Centre&nbsp;and potentially the Boots collection, Ponteland Road&nbsp;are happy for us to collect anytime between 11:30 &amp; 12:30.</p> <p>Any further problems, contact Sean at hospital.liaison@northumbriabloodbikes.org.uk&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
