<p>On behalf of Rota Mgr</p> <p>As from <strong>Tuesday 16th July 2024</strong>&nbsp;, the BoB car will resume the collection of the empty sample boxes for Cumbria Blood Bikes as we are beginning&nbsp;to use more&nbsp;bikes on Support and Ops shifts during the summer period.</p> <p>Cumbria Blood Bikes will ring the Rota Mgr to inform us if they intend using a bike for their BoB run, if so the Rota Mgr will inform both the Shift Controller &amp; BoB driver not to collect on BoB run.&nbsp; If we only have bikes on duty then CBB will have to transport samples over to RVI and collect empty boxes themselves.&nbsp;</p> <p>Any empty boxes collected should be signed for as <strong>Equipment/Relay </strong>with the total number of boxes logged on the job receipt and <strong>no requirement</strong> to inform Shift Controller on numbers of large &amp; small boxes. <strong>Only collect boxes that are clearly marked for Cumbrian hospitals</strong>.</p> <p>Can BoB drivers please inform the Rota Mgr of any issues encountered including nights on which Cumbria&nbsp;attend on a bike which we haven&#39;t been informed about so the situation can be monitored.</p>
