<p>Posted on behalf of the Rota Mgr</p> <p>Following a recent controller problem, the number issued by Cumbria Blood Bikes (0843 886 8780) is indeed a premium rate number so controllers are advised <strong>NOT</strong> to use it.&nbsp;</p> <p>If Cumbria Blood Bikes require our services, they will contact us, there is no requirement for NBB Shift Controllers to phone Cumbria to enquire if collections at Hexham are required. IF THEY DON&#39;T RING THEN WE DON&#39;T COLLECT.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Please obtain a mobile number from Cumbrias&nbsp;duty controller whenever they ring in a relay job to avoid any potential call charges.</strong></p> <p>If a hospital rings to request we contact Cumbria Blood Bikes to arrange a relay, please ring the Rota Mgr who will make the necessary arrangements and update the Shift Controller.</p>
