Set or change your OLRS password.

To change your OLRS password you will need your:

• Username
• Email address

These will be the same as you use on the NBB website. 

We cannot send the reset information to any other email address.

Enter your username and email address in the form displayed.

When ready, click 'Request OTC' and an email will be sent to the email address you entered, that email will contain the 4 digit code (OTC)

That code will be valid for 15 minutes.

Another form will ask for that code.  Do NOT close the form without entering the code or you will need to start the request again.

If that code is entered correctly, you will be asked for your new password.

Remember, the password must not be shared with anyone!
