<p>It is apparent that the previous one way system at the RVI Leazes is being reinstated following completion of the building work adjacent to the A&amp;E department. Therefore riders &amp; drivers may find the top entrance closed to incoming traffic and will need to enter by&nbsp;the lower entrance as was previously the case.&nbsp; It&#39;s not clear when the road markings are likely to be updated so take extra care as other motorists and potentially ambulances may not be fully aware of these recent changes.</p>
