<p>Updated 22/01/26 14:40</p> <p>Please note that the main entrance gates at NHSBT are being repaired today but they&nbsp;aren&#39;t 100% sure the repairs will be completed today.</p> <p>For the first visit tonight, please use the intercom as normal.</p> <p>If the gates haven&#39;t been fully repaired then once the conversation has taken place the Rider/Driver will then have to go around to the Main Entrance on Holland Drive to receive the consignment.</p> <p>There are double yellow lines in front of the main entrance. If you are not comfortable parking on these to collect your consignment, I would suggest using the NHSBT car park and walking to the Main Entrance.</p> <p>For subsequent visits if the gates haven&#39;t been repaired, NHSBT have shared the intercom&nbsp;contact number 0191 202 4500 that can be called&nbsp;instead of the intercom enabling Drivers/Riders to head to the temporary Main Entrance collection point.</p> <p>If the gates have been repaired we just return to our normal collection process.</p>
