As part of the evolution of our job recording, we are launching a new activity recorder dedicated to the Newcastle Trust GP Run.

The new activity recorder must be used for all GP Runs which begin on or after 1st April 2026.

This new activity will make it much easier to enter the details of a GP run.  It removes much of the duplication that occurs when using the standard activity recorder to record the details of a GP run.

This is a new activity recorder that will be completed by both Riders and Drivers as well as Shift Controllers.  Having a single form ensures that both sets of roles are asked the same questions (as far as possible) unlike the current forms where the questions can differ.  Further, using a single form will help with our reconciliation of job reports at the end of the month and it will make ongoing maintenance much easier as there is only one form to manage.
