<p>The previous &lsquo;Incident Procedure&rsquo; OPS003 was very wieldy and not easy reading for members so the document has been split into two documents, namely:</p> <p>OPS003 &ndash; guidance for operational members involved in an incident or undertaking Shift Control;</p> <p>OPS003(i) &ndash; Guidance for &lsquo;Committee on Call&rsquo; when receiving notification of an incident.</p> <p>The Members document has been added to the Membership section of the handbook, <a href="https://www.northumbriabloodbikes.org.uk/members/handbook_all">see here</a></p> <p>The Committee document has been added to the Committee section of the handbook.</p> <p><strong>Can I urge all members to read through the relevant document above to understand the basic instruction required at the scene of an incident.&nbsp; Bear in mind, your actions could become part of ongoing legal investigations that may affect both individuals and the charity.</strong></p>
