Principles of operation

To use the job logger, you must hold at least one of the following roles:

  • Controller
  • Rider
  • Driver

When recording jobs, please take careful note of the JRN (Job Receipt Number), this will be used to locate and identify jobs.

There is only one record per job, that record can be entered first by either the Controller or the Rider/Driver.  That single record will then be updated or amended by the other...

A job entry will be considered complete when both the Controller and Rider/driver have entered all the data for the job and have both verified the data to be correct.

Verification

The verification process is a requirement of the MHRA (The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency).

Each job record consists of data from both the Controller and Rider/Driver.  Both of these must agree that the details of a job entry are correct i.e. verified.

The job record will contain a reference to the Controller and the Rider/Driver.

When either logs in, they will be able to see a list of their outstanding jobs. Any job that has not been verified by both parties will remain in their outstanding jobs list.

All Job records are required to be entered within 48hrs of the job.
