Following the introduction of the new activity recorders for the Blood on Board runs in May of 2025, there has been some misunderstanding (or misuse) of the "Additional Jobs" section.
It has become clear that the intended use of this section (to simplify data entry for jobs delivered to or handed off at the RVI) is not working as intended, resulting in incomplete or incorrect job entries being made. This, in turn, is causing considerably difficulty when preparing the end-of-month reports for the NHS Trusts.
As a result we have amended the activity recorder to cover jobs that are handed off at the RVI for onward transport to NSECH if the packages are collected from BEVS, DMH or UHND.
