In 2016 we were delighted to introduce 'Mark Master Mason' a Honda Pan European to our fleet after we received a generous donation of £18,000 from the National Mark Benevolence Funds of the Masons. This donation not only purchased the bike but also kitted it out to become a blood bike and funded fuel for its first year in service. Since beginning its life of service, 7 years ago, the bike has completed over 86,000 miles and completed thousands of jobs across our region as well as representing our charity at countless events.
Northumbria Blood Bikes have been awarded a £10,000 grand prize through SPAR UK’s Community Cashback initiative.
The voluntary organisation provides a vital out of hours transportation service to the NHS and applied for the SPAR UK Community Cashback initiative after seeing it on social media.
