Durham Egg Run

The Durham Easter Egg Run will be setting off from Tesco Durham at 10am prompt heading to Darlington Memorial hospital and then onto Durham University hospital to deliver chocolate eggs to the kids in hospital on Easter Sunday. 

GNAAS Bike Night

Help GNAAS to save lives by turning up for a motorcycle meet-up at the Great North Air Ambulance Service headquarters in Eaglescliffe!
A venue with a difference, and an event that will make a difference, the evening will be a fantastic opportunity to socialise with other bikers and fundraise for a life-saving cause.
Kicking off the night at 17:30, we'll have refreshments available and the chance to win an exciting money-can't-buy prize! 

360 Challenge 2022

This event is being organised for those of you who wish to help keep this volunteer service on the road, our running costs alone are at £5,500 per month. Your donation will help to fuel our vehicles which carry vital supplies to the local hospitals in the North of England and replenish blood supplies, 365 days a year, to the fleet of Air ambulances serving the North East and Cumbria.

Remembering Carole

In 2020 we shared the news that our much loved volunteer Carole Snee had sadly died. We have recently found out that her friend Mary has set herself a rather inspiring challenge of completing the Lairig Ghru across the Cairngorms in the summer. It is 20 miles of mountain trails and river beds. Her challenge started in January to get into training ahead of the challenge day.
