During the night our driver Chris took part in a relay. Freewheelers EVS began by collecting blood samples from Bristol Children’s Hospital who rendezvoused with Severn Freewheelers EVS. They handed over to Whiteknights Yorkshire Blood Bikes and they then relayed with our volunteer who delivered it to the Freeman Hospital, in Newcastle.
Today Blood Bikes Scotland relayed samples from Western General Hospital, in Edinburgh, to our volunteer driver Jeff. He then transported them to the Freeman Hospital, in Newcastle.

Today we collected a box of hand sanitizers from Harrogate Tipple. They are a family run business that have changed their production from Gin to Hand Sanitiser to help protect front line service during this current situation. A huge thank you to them for helping us to add some additional protection to our volunteers.
Today our volunteer rider Jeff met with a volunteer from Blood Bikes Cumbria to pick up samples which had come from Cumberland Infirmary. Jeff then delivered them to the Biochemistry Lab at the RVI.
