Northumbria Bloodbikes completes its 500th Run!

Thanks to the efforts of hundreds of volunteers, riders and fundraisers, and thanks to the kind donations and contributions from thousands of donors, we are proud to announce that we have hit out 500th Blood run since we started our service in February this year!

New Evening Shift for NBB

From 15th September 2014 Northumbria Blood Bikes will have three Blood Bikes in service every evening.

An extra bike will now be available from 7.00pm untl midnight each evening, to supplement the existing bikes, to cater for increased demand.

Two Triumph Trophies added to NBB Fleet - Thanks to Madathlon

On Sunday 24th August 2014, 2 brand-new Triumph Trophies (named Claire and Bella) were officially handed over to NBB from Madathlon at The Cobblers Hall Pub in Newton Aycliffe.

Members from NBB and Madathlon were in attendance.

Alpine Hearing Protection

Many thanks the good people at Alpine Hearing Protection who have donated another 20 pairs of their top of the line motosafe earplugs for our riders.

NBB Extends Service in Northumberland

On 14/7/2014 Northumbria Blood Bikes extended the service it provides to Northumbria Health NHS Foundation Trust.

NBB Service extends to Bishop Auckland

Northumbria Blood Bikes extended its service coverage to include Bishop Auckland General Hospital from 19:00 on Moday 26th May 2014.

This is an extension of our service to County Durham And Darlington NHS Foundation Trust .
